What You’ll Need Registered Nurse qualification ( RGN or RMN ) with active NMC registration. Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills. A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high-quality care. Previous experience in a nursing home environment. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs. Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions. Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
