As a key player in Northern Ireland’s manufacturing sector, our client combines local heritage with a forward-thinking approach, making it a preferred supplier of choice.Your New Role as a Maintenance Supervisor:Lead and inspire the Engineering team by providing clear guidance, training, and performance management to ensure targets and KPI's are met, while offering mentorship as needed.Conduct regular machinery and equipment inspections to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to collaborative forums.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures aligned with production management to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime, ensuring optimal machinery efficiency.Support factory expansion projects, including planning and executing machinery and equipment installations.Oversee the Maintenance department's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.
