Dealing with all post, Scanning post and transferring to relevant Client files, Photocopying, Sending and Receiving Facsimiles, Collecting post from staff in the evenings and ensuring post is sent out on time
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for legal staff.
Opening new Client Files, Preparing correspondence, reports, and legal documents as required.
Conduct audio typing and transcription of legal materials
Assist in filing and retrieving case files and documentation.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ordering stationary supplies, keeping Reception Area/Meeting Rooms clean and tidy
General Office Admin
Excellent IT competency, specifically MS office
