About the role
As Line Lead, youll be at the heart of our production operations, leading your team to deliver daily targets while driving a culture of high performance, safety and continuous improvement. Youll shape the daily plan with a focus on reducing losses and improving efficiency, making sure every shift runs smoothly and delivers Right First Time production.
Youll work closely with colleagues across the site and beyond, collaborating to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and safety. From managing stock and waste to optimising resources, youll make a real impact on how we operate.
