Our client are a multi faceted Preston based firm who have been successfully growing their property team this year. Because of this growth, they now seek to hire a Legal Assistant for the team. They have a team of talented legal professionals that have a wealth of experience in their fields.
For this role, the client is able to train from scratch, but would like candidates to have at least 1 years experience at a law firm, working on case management systems, working to processes and dealing with clients.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and management of residential property documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Maintain filing systems and manage schedules.
* Conduct thorough analysis of property-related legal issues and assist in drafting correspondence.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear understanding of processes and requirements.
* Perform various administrative tasks, including word processing and data entry, to support legal operations.
The successful Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing will possess:
* Minimum 1 years' experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Resilient and calm under pressure
* Excellent keyboard and word processing skills.
* Good with numbers
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Candidates must be positive, proactive and driven to learn.
