Automotive Marketing Executive – Retail & Social Media
- Location: Stratford-upon-Avon area, Warwickshire (Office-Based)
- Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 DOE
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Join a leading name in the automotive performance and tuning industry! We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Retail Marketing Executive to manage and grow the marketing function for a retail division offering aftermarket performance parts and services.
To plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns that drive online sales and product engagement. You’ll be responsible for product launches, digital promotions, CRM workflows, and eCommerce content across a range of performance brands.
Key Responsibilities as a Retail & Social Media Marketing Executive:
- Develop and deliver B2C marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Manage website content, banners, and promotional pricing on WooCommerce
- Collaborate with the retail sales team on offers, product updates, and CRM tagging
- Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, and visuals across online stores
- Create social media content and manage communities (e.g. Facebook groups)
- Track campaign ROI, abandoned carts, SEO content, and CRM engagement
- Lead email campaigns, video content support, and digital sales funnels
Requirements for the Marketing Executive Position:
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Skilled in Canva, WordPress/WooCommerce, Meta Ads, and email platforms
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Ability to manage multi-channel B2C campaigns and reporting
- Strong written content and creative asset development skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and tech teams
