Office Administrator – Crewe, UK (part‑time, permanent, 28–32 hours per week)
Up and Under, established in 1987 and part of the RSK Group, provides inspections, surveys and repair‑and‑maintenance services to a broad range of clients, from major UK national landmarks to minor roads and international projects.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general enquiries (via VOIP phone system and email).
* Manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels.
* Assist in gathering and maintaining data for environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting.
* Input purchase invoices into accounting software.
* Create and issue sales invoices.
* Assist the store manager with basic vehicle checks (tyre pressure, oil, water levels, etc. – training provided).
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role desirable.
* Basic accounts knowledge an advantage (training provided).
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and digital phone systems.
* Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Salary and Benefits
* £26,208 (FTE) dependent on experience.
