Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Specialist Surgery and Major Trauma Care groups as a Care Group Management Secretary.
Responsibilities
You will work as part of a small Administration Team to support the Care Group Chief of Service, Operations Director, Nurse Director and the wider senior management team to ensure efficient and effective provision of secretarial and administrative services, in support of the Management Teams within the Specialist Surgery and Major Trauma Care groups.
Hours per week
22.5 hours per week - Major Trauma
37.5 hours per week - Specialist Surgery
Duties
* Extensive diary and meeting management and providing full comprehensive secretarial support to the Team.
* Formal minute taking for Care Group meetings.
* Maintenance of action trackers and other documentation.
* Meeting and welcoming visitors to the department as a first point of contact.
