Assistant Aftersales Manager
Location: Audi Tunbridge Wells
Hours: 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: Competitive Basic plus an uncapped OTE Bonus Scheme

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our Audi store in Tunbridge Wells. This role will see you lead day to day operations for our busy service reception, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability are maximised. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate an excellent career path with one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups.
What are the key accountabilities?
As an Assistant Aftersales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within the Aftersales Department, taking full responsibility for the Service Advisor team and the Service Reception area. Working closely with your Aftersales Manager and supported by our dedicated corporate teams, you will
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional performance
2. Foster a high-performance culture where achievements are recognised and underperformance is proactively addressed
3. Support the Service Advisor team in consistently delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
4. Ensure all store operations comply with Marshall Motor Group standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements
What Experience Do You Need?
Previous experience in an Aftersales role is essential. While manufacturer experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement for success in this position.
