The RoleKey responsibilities:Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Mental Health teamsManaging appointments, diaries, correspondence, and patient-related administrationProducing reports, letters, and other documentation using Microsoft Office packagesAudio typing and minute taking for meetingsMaintaining accurate electronic and paper recordsActing as a key point of contact for service users, carers, healthcare professionals, and external agenciesSupporting consultants and medical staff with caseload administration and waiting list managementContributing to the smooth running of busy mental health servicesThe PersonEssential Requirements4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language, plus 1 year's secretarial/administrative experience;ORNVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent) plus 1 year's secretarial/administrative experience;OR2 years' secretarial/administrative experience.Plus:RSA/OCR Stage II Text Processing (or equivalent), OR 12 months' word processing experience including report and letter production.Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Package & Benefits: This role offers an hourly rate of £12.75. It is a Band 3 position which is temporary until the end of September. Days would be Monday and Friday, with the remaining hours flexible. £12.75 per hourTemporary until SeptemberPart-Time hours- 18.75 hours per week.
