Customer Success Manager
to join their Major Accounts team.
This is a key role for someone who excels at nurturing relationships and driving growth within an existing client base. This is a purely relationship-focused position with
no cold calling
, perfect for a professional looking to move into a consultative, client-facing role. You will act as a trusted partner, working with hiring managers and stakeholders to maximise opportunities and ensure exceptional service.
The role is based in Birmingham, and the successful candidate will work in the office at least one day a week, with the rest being spent seeing key clients.
Salary is dependent on experience but is starting from
£50,000 per annum,
plus an attractive bonus scheme.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
* Building long-term, strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
* Identifying and converting new opportunities within existing clients.
* Collaborating closely with an internal delivery team to fill roles effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven background in IT recruitment with strong commercial awareness.
* A track record of successful account development and relationship building.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
