Community Mental Health Team Social Worker
A Locum Social Worker is required to join Ceredigions' Community Mental Health team for an initial 3-6 month contract. This is predominantly a hybrid role whereby you can work between home and their on site offices. Ideally you will be able to commit to a full time contract of 37 hours per week. If you are a creative, enthusiastic social worker with a sound value base, who has experience of working with people who experience co-occurring mental ill health and substance misuse Hoop Social Work would love to hear from you. You will be expected to travel to Ceredigion and other counties when necessary to undertake assessments, reviews, care plans. You will be working with adults with mental health issues and within dementia services.
A relevant Social Work Qualification
Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS 3 Years of referencing
Driving license with access to a car
20 years' experience of the Social Work market
