Join our Outreach Team and help create meaningful community experiences for children, young people, and adults with neurological and physical barriers. We are looking for compassionate, person-centred individuals who are passionate about promoting choice, independence, and positive experiences.
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will support individuals in the community to take part in activities, events, and everyday experiences across the Calderdale area. Working alongside families and professionals, you will help create safe and empowering environments where people can build relationships, achieve personal goals, and live purposeful lives. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, including guidance on supporting individuals who may experience anxiety or emotional distress.

* Variable contracted hours full & part time available.
* Working days and evenings over 7 days on a rota basis to support an outreach/activity centre service.
