Our client, a reputable national company, is seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead their busy Weymouth facility. This Fast Fit Centre Manager role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £37,000, with an OTE and performance-based bonus scheme. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.

Proactively drive sales and exceed operational targets and budgets
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in customer service
Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Lead and motivate the workshop team to build a strong reputation for the brand
Develop and implement PR and marketing initiatives to enhance centre visibility
Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective workshop workflow and productivity
Foster a team environment focused on continuous improvement as a Fast Fit Centre ManagerRequirements:
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
At least 2 years of relevant automotive experience, ideally within a Fast Fit Centre
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to increase productivity and sales
Experience managing customer relations and resolving complaints professionally
