As a supply teacher with Hays, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a consistent learning experience for students by delivering pre-planned lesson plans. Following the school's behaviour policies is key to fostering a positive and secure classroom atmosphere. At the end of the school day, it's important to assesspleted work in accordance with school marking standards and leave a thorough handover to support a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.What you’ll need to succeed?
