Requirements
* Someone with Tenancy Sustainment experience.
* Conduct periodic check-ins (e.g. 3 and 6 months) with clients who have already been supported to move into Private Rented Sector accommodation
* Reinforcing client skills learned during initial support
* Encouraging clients with self-management of tenancy while remaining accessible
* Reducing client’s long-term dependency on services
* Check-in with landlord/agents to review rent account, tenancy conduct, and wellbeing
* Early identification of emerging risks of homelessness
* Prevents recurrence of homelessness
