The Role
As Director of Finance, you will:
Lead the Finance function and deliver long-term financial strategies.
Provide expert financial guidance to the Chief Executive, Board, and senior leaders.
Drive efficiencies, compliance, and a high-performance culture.
Ensure robust financial governance and value for money across all operations.
About You
Qualified Accountant ACA,ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with substantial experience in strategic finance leadership.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a complex, changing environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Commitment to equality, diversity, and disability awareness.
Charity or housing sector experience is desirable.
