Job Summary
The Production & Events Co-ordinator will manage and develop shoot production planning and event coordination for B2C & B2B customers, focusing on campaign launches and critical path strategy across marketing channels.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, an expert planner, and enthusiastic about integrating multiple elements to resonate with our customer base.
Role Outline
* Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, sales, and creative teams to develop a cohesive production schedule and manage communication for all pre- and post-production activities.
* Handle Retail (DTC) & Trade salon (B2B) pre-production plans, including talent and model casting, budget tracking, coordinating stylists and MUAs, and sharing call sheets and shot lists.
* Brief all crew and shoot teams on campaign objectives and requirements to ensure smooth execution, timely briefing, budget adherence, and asset effectiveness.
* Work closely with the Creative Production Manager & Brand Manager to ensure all copy and post-production assets are captured, compiled into a style guide, and accessible for briefing across channels.
* Coordinate with the Brand Manager to define retail event programs or launches, including talent, suppliers, and budgets.
Candidate Profile
* 4+ years’ experience in client-side or agency roles such as Shoot Manager, Events, or Brand Campaign Marketing.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Enthusiasm for the Beauty Works brand, its communities, and popular culture.
* Proficient in copywriting, PowerPoint, Excel, and campaign/event budgeting.
* Excellent communication skills, able to clarify priorities and guide team strategy.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally if required.
* Comfortable leading projects and communicating across departments.
