For more than 15 years they have supported thousands of individuals to progress, recover and thrive—and currently work with over 2,000 people each year. THE ROLE: As COO, you will be central the senior leadership team, working closely with the CEO to guide the organisation through an exciting period of evolution and expansion. You will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across all frontline services and contracts ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, quality, and impact. This is a role for a collaborative and people-centred leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on operational strength. You will hold responsibility for safeguarding, health and safety, risk management, business continuity, quality assurance, and contract performance—ensuring the individuals Causeway support remain at the heart of every decision.
