As the business rapidly expands in Europe, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join the London-based European HQ, focused on growing strategic partnerships and driving regional revenue. Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving B2B revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships across the European travel and hospitality ecosystem. The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep relationship-building capabilities, and a background in industries such as online travel agencies (OTA), hospitality, telecom (e.g., Vodafone), or airlines.
You will report directly to the Global Sales leadership team, working cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions and exceptional value to partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and develop new B2B partnership opportunities in Europe
* Manage and grow key account relationships, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and revenue performance
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements aligned with strategic goals
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet partner needs
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies
* Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting
* Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and key networking forums
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields
* Minimum 5+ years of sales or business development experience in one or more of the following industries:
* OTA (Online Travel Agencies)
* Hospitality / Luxury Services
* Telecom Operators
* Airlines / Aviation Services
* Proven track record in strategic sales, partner management, and contract negotiation
* Strong network and understanding of the travel and lifestyle ecosystem in Europe
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel as needed (across UK and Europe)
