Role Overview
We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Therapies Team at Farnham Road Hospital in Guildford.
Band 4, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality administrative and secretarial service in the Therapies Team.
* Maintain accurate administrative records and support the team with a variety of clerical tasks.
* Use Microsoft Office efficiently in a busy working environment.
Qualifications
* Pro‑active, conscientious and reliable personality.
* Good organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
* Experience using Microsoft Office.
* Hard‑working, flexible, and able to work as part of a highly motivated team.
