We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead / Manager to take charge of our maintenance operations and drive real change. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the in-house maintenance team, ensuring work is planned, prioritised, and completed efficiently.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, bring more work in-house, and create smart solutions that reduce downtime and improve reliability across the site.
