The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days/week in the Thames Valley office.
Are you a quant researcher passionate about transforming complex data into impactful insights? Interested in working on high-impact B2B projects with major tech companies?
We are seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects (including some qualitative work), from proposal to presentation.
You will collaborate with well-known tech brands on thought leadership, brand, and ad testing studies, focusing exclusively on ad hoc work, with no trackers involved.
Responsibilities include:
1. Owning end-to-end delivery of research projects
2. Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
3. Working closely with clients to uncover meaningful insights
4. Presenting findings clearly and confidently
5. Collaborating with in-house operations (excluding scripting or data processing)
Qualifications include:
1. Solid experience in a market research agency, with B2B experience considered a plus. Agency and client-side experience are both acceptable, especially if relevant to the sector.
2. Comfortable leading client calls and crafting compelling narratives
3. Proficient with tools like Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools is a bonus
4. Strong consultative mindset and storytelling skills
5. Ability to thrive in a tight-knit team of 13 within a company of over 30 employees
