The role:
* Help coordinate activities to ensure business meets its environmental targets
* Create consent applications and pre-application consultation
* Carry out site inspections, record results and create reports on findings
* Analyse and report on areas, such as carbon and energy, audit results, inspections, incidents, objectives and targets, producing Excel documents
* Carry out risk assessments for environmental matters, identifying, recording, communicating and addressing any risks
* Participate in environmental incident investigations
* Find areas for improvement and innovation in all matters environmental
The person:
* Environmental qualification
* Previous Network Rail experience with knowledge ofNR-L2-ENV-015 desirable
* Driving licence
* Member IEMA /AIEMA
