YOUR ROLE :
* Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
* Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless service from front desk to F&B.

* Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance across all departments.
* Set and maintain the highest standards of guest experience and hotel presentation.
* Represent the hotel within the local community and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
* Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
* Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
