* Reconciling and processing all company credit cards.
* Checking and processing staff expenses.
* Monitoring the accounts payable inbox and managing invoice authorisations through Acumatica.
* Managing project administration in the accounting and expenses systems.
* Providing general administrative and finance support to the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director.
* Assisting on ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required.
* Annual leave – 33 days including Bank Holidays.
