Requirements for a Graduate Structural Engineer:
Hold a degree in structural engineering
Ambition to pursue Chartered status in the future
Some exposure to building structures through university projects, internships, or placements
Proactive, with a willingness to learn, take on responsibility, and challenge yourself
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Passion for design and engineeringDesirable skills:
