Key Responsibilities: * Manage existing customer accounts while proactively pursuing new business opportunities. * Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed agreed targets. * Coordinate sales requirements with the production department to ensure smooth order processing. * Resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining exceptional service standards. * Handle general day-to-day office administration tasks as required. * Process orders.
