There is a requirement for this role to be 4 days office base to effectively support our customers. This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
What you will be doing:
1. Working as part of our Global Service Desk team providing both in-person and remote technical guidance to staff across the globe developing technical processes where needed
2. Troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software by identifying issues, defining and implementing appropriate resolution, and communicating outcomes to customers.
3. Provide resolution upon initial contact when possible, using remote management tools and maintaining accurate up-to-date ticket status and ensuring users have been communicated with before ticket closing.
4. Provide local IT assistance for hardware, software and mobile device issues, perform new user equipment set up, perform basic hardware and workstation repairs.
5. Meet or exceed all Global Service Desk metrics and process requirements (ticket management protocols, time tracking, communication requirements, etc.)
6. Assisting Business Systems Function where required such as Salesforce and Finance Business Systems and get involved in project work
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
7. Proven experience working on a service desk (Face to Face or Virtual)
8. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues and able to deal with physical equipment set up.
9. Knowledge of Windows 10\11, Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Chrome/IE/Firefox, Mac devices, iPhones.
10. Effective ticketing management experience
Desirable :
11. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
12. Knowledge of Automation tools and workflows
