Band F 36 Hours a Week - 52 weeks per year we are looking for a dedicated and experienced site manager to join our schools team. As a site manager, you will be crucial to the smooth and safe running of our school premises. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair: carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks and liaise with external contractors for major works. Ensure school site is compliant with all health and safety legislation, including fire safety. legionella checks and risk assessments. Be responsible for the security of the premises including locking/unlocking the site and managing alarm systems A commitment to safeguarding all young people Willingness to be part of a team Ability to adhere to the school's policies and procedures and most importantly the equal opportunities policy, child protection policy and all health & safety related policies. Proven good attendance and punctuality Ability to contribute to the life of the whole school and a commitment to the vision, values and aims of the school Ability to work overtime as and when necessary Ability to respond to school-based emergencies including security issues out of normal working hours.
