Job Description
You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Core HR. You will also:
* Lead workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
* Lead the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
* Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions.
* Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
* Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope.
* Drive forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.

Qualifications
* End‑to‑end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR).
* Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
* Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.
* Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate).
* Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding best practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
* Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
