Are you ready to showcase your culinary skills and take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Tadworth. You’ll be delivering outstanding food experiences while inspiring your team to reach their full potential in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Prepare delicious, high-quality food that excites and delights our clients and customers.
2. Be an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator.
3. Represent Eurest by maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
4. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, as well as Health & Safety regulations.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Experience in hospitality beneficial
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced, kitchen environment
3. Strong communication skills, able to build relationships easily.
4. An eager, motivated attitude with a drive for excellence
5. Confidence in making decisions that benefit both the business and customers.
6. The ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and focused.
7. Exceptional timekeeping and reliability, with a safety-first mindset
