Working as part of the Sales team and working closely with Head of Grocery, these would be some of your main responsibilities
To devise and deliver exceptional business plans with Key Grocery and Online customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods
Manage P&L and forecasting to deliver value, volume and profit metrics
Ensure physical availability of the BEAR brand’s hero skus across main estate formats eg convenience, dotcom, forecourts, cafes and front of store
Build unrivalled cross functional relationships across buying, supply chain, category and format teams
Utilise customer systems to maximise our sales including – availability, compliance and promo management
Deliver top class UROS and visibility through bringing BEAR alive in stores and online (POS, 2ndary Displays, Online & Instore Media)
Inspire and develop 1 x direct report. Supporting on customer delivery and their development journey.
