Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years’ experience in a research agency or consulting environment, with a healthcare/pharma focus.
* Proven leadership of project teams, clients, and delivering complex international projects.
* Comfortable working across qual, quant, or mixed methods, with a passion for integrated approaches.
* Strong commercial interest and appetite to support senior leadership
