We're now looking for an Operations Admin Assistant to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Provide general administrative assistance to the Senior operations team
* Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and reporting systems.
* Serve as a liaison between different departments and teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
* Event co-ordination

* Able to work well under pressure
* Good communication skills
* Good numerical skills (Essential)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Essential)

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
* Be able to provide five years' address history
* Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
* Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
