Based at our static site in Braintree, you will play a vital role in delivering highquality care using a holistic approach that supports the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients. What youll do: Welcome patients to the clinic professionally, acting as their advocate to ensure privacy and dignity at all times. Clean, monitor, and organise equipment as directed, reporting any issues or faults to senior staff. Record and relay relevant patient information or observations to senior colleagues. Deliver care in line with the care plan set out by the Senior Nurse. Maintain strong and effective communication with patients, relatives, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude, representing InHealth and upholding our commitment to exceptional patient care. About you: A genuine interest in delivering patientcentred care, with relevant experience. Good understanding of health and safety protocols and infection control standards. Flexibility to work various shift patterns to meet service needs. Commitment to ongoing learning and maintaining required skills and competencies. Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
