Job Description
- You’ll be responsible for shaping brand strategy, managing product ranges, and delivering measurable growth.
- Working closely with sales, NPD and marketing teams, you’ll take products from concept through to launch and ongoing performance optimisation.
- Own and manage a designated brand portfolio end‑to‑end.
- Deliver category and range reviews, identifying opportunities to improve performance and margin.
- Analyse sales, market and competitor data to drive informed decisions.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and product launches.
- Manage budgets to maximise brand visibility and ROI.
- Work cross‑functionally to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
- Identify new product opportunities through market and customer insight.
- Collaborate with NPD to bring new products to market successfully.

Key Skills/Experience Required
- Proven experience in brand, product or category management.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience managing product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Confidence working with budgets and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on results.
- Experience within tools/DIY is highly desirable.
Location / Flexibility
This is an office‑based role; however, it could be remote for someone with exceptional experience.
Salary/Benefits Information
- £40,000 - £45,000
