We’re recruiting for a Key Relationship Support to join us. In this role, you will support the Key Relationship Manager/s (KRM) to maintain and grow relationships within a specified account portfolio nationally. You will also support the sales, profitability and adoption targets across all products and propositions cost effectively and ethically.What you'll be doing:
1. Developing sales and distribution plans in conjunction with the Key Relationship Manager to grow key accounts across a range of LGMS products and propositions, supporting the achievement of income and adoption targets across LGMS and building multi-level relationships within the Key Partner firms
2. Building relationships with account portfolio at AR/adviser level to promote LGMS as the preferred Mortgage Club for mortgages, technology and other propositions, developing and maintaining relationships at seller level for targeted accounts as agreed with the KRM, and maximising the use of SalesForce to ensure useful Management Information and marketing strategy can be derived from the data while keeping records as accurate as possible
3. Working in an effective partnership with the wider LGMS teams to implement adoption plans and contact strategies, and sharing information to maximise opportunities and ensure LGMS achieves all commercial and adoption objectives
4. Representing LGMS at external events where necessary, using these opportunities to provide education on the wider mortgage market and LGMS strategy, products and propositions
5. Responding to and resolving customer escalations and complaints in difficult and sensitive situations with sympathy and empathy to address customer and account issues
6. Conducting regular review meetings and workshops where necessary to ensure each firm is engaged and fully utilising the value of products and propositions offered by LGMS, ensuring Key Partner firms are retained and LGMS objectives are achieved
7. Seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement within product design, literature administration, and sales processes, and providing information to relevant areas where appropriate
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
8. Fintech knowledge preferred
9. Mortgage market knowledge including advisory processes/journey preferred
10. Sales skills and general best practice
11. A high level of knowledge on all relevant products and propositions, understanding current and future legislation that may affect accounts along with key competitor contracts to handle objections. Keep up to date with market trends and provide feedback to the Head of Broker Relationships.
12. Analytical Skills, customer planning, service, communication and development skills
13. Engagement, influencing, and presentation skills – in person, online via Teams/Zoom and in all written materials
14. Ability to agree and implement courses of action to accomplish agreed sales targets
15. Self-motivated and able to demonstrate positivity, perseverance and resilience
16. Numerate, with the ability to interpret MI/financial data effectively
