About the Role
The successful teacher will teach DT across KS3–KS5, specialising in Product Design, Engineering, or Resistant Materials. They will guide students through the design process — from research and concept development to production — and inspire them to think critically about the role of design in shaping the modern world.
Lessons will incorporate CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and digital design, supported by well-equipped workshops and an excellent team of technicians. The teacher will also have opportunities to contribute to national design competitions, sustainability projects, and the school’s annual Technology Exhibition.

Experience and Qualifications
* QTS/PGCE and degree in DT, Engineering, or Product Design
* Excellent technical, practical, and creative design skills
