Mechanical Electrical Trim (MET) Technician

Due to growth and the opening of their new state-of-the-art refurbishment centre, they are seeking a MET technician to join their vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting to the cosmetic team leads, the primary objective of this role is to ensure vehicles are prepared according to reconditioning standards.
MET technicians play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles meet performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of paintwork.
Your technical skills will be used to remove/refit components and damaged panels, preparing vehicles for cosmetic work. You will work with digital job cards to complete work lines and order parts as needed, utilizing up-to-date tooling and diagnostic equipment for ADAS calibration, fault finding, and rectification.

Minimum criteria
* Legally able to drive a manual vehicle in the UK
* Diagnostic experience
* Strip/fit experience
* EV basic awareness (Desirable)
* ADAS calibration experience (Desirable)
