About the Role
Were looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join a leading global media and marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid social specialist to take ownership of campaign delivery while managing client relationships and driving performance across a range of well-known clients.
You’ll play a key role in bridging strategy and activation—ensuring campaigns are executed effectively while delivering strong results and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
* Act as a day‑to‑day client contact, building strong working relationships
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, engagement, etc.)
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform future strategy
* Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, and other digital channels
* Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of media spend
* Support junior team members and contribute to their development
Requirements
* Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
* Strong knowledge of key social platforms and their advertising tools
* Confident in analysing data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
