We have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated Base Cleaner to join our team in Leicestershire. This role covers all Leicestershire bases including Thurmaston, Loughborough and Kibworth so a full driving licence is required to travel between sites. Part-time, permanent – 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday – 08.00 - 12:00 Main Purpose of the Job You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our bases, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities • Clean, stock, and maintain designated areas including offices, kitchens, and toilet facilities • Carry out sanitising, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping duties • Monitor facilities and report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management • Stock and organise cleaning supplies and storage areas • Work cooperatively with colleagues and adhere to all health and safety regulations About You To be successful in this role, you will: • Be able to work independently and use your own initiative • Have good organisational and time-management skills • Take personal responsibility for maintaining uniform standards and punctuality • Be flexible, adaptable, and dependable • Full, valid (manual) driving licence with less than six penalty points.
