Our business is growing and so are the opportunities for you to thrive. We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter to join our successful Response business based in the Waverley area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance to our customers' properties.

The Multi Trade Carpenter role:
We are committed to safety, happiness, and support, with Health and Safety being paramount in all responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
* Use your skills to undertake multi-trade work, including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repairs. Working in a domestic setting, you will utilize fault finding and problem-solving skills.
* Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and occasionally planned refurbishment jobs within void properties.
* Typical repairs include 2nd Fix Carpentry and general kitchen and bathroom repairs.
* Enjoy working with people, whether as part of a team or directly with residents.
* Emergency call-out duties will be expected on a rota basis.
What you will bring as a (Trade):
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
* Experience in a domestic or social housing environment is preferred but not essential.
* A passion for improving people's homes, with strong customer service skills and enjoyment of working with people.
* A valid UK driving license.
