What will your role look like? Organising and managing shifts to ensure the safety of children, young people, and staff Developing, reviewing, and implementing individual care and pathway plans Attending and contributing to meetings such as CLA reviews, education planning and discussions with social workers Building positive relationships with young people's families Providing day-to-day care, including meal preparation, supervision, laundry, cleaning, and social activities Maintaining accurate records and reports for key young people Mentoring new staff and promoting the ethos of the home Acting as a positive role model at all times What can you expect in return?
