Are you an experienced Senior People Partner who thrives in fast‑paced, scaling environments? Do you enjoy partnering closely with senior leaders, shaping organisational design, and influencing people strategy in a business experiencing rapid growth? If so, this could be your next step. About the CompanyWith around 350 employees, this organisation has moved beyond start‑up but is far from a large corporate. They are scaling quickly, expanding into the US, and evolving their structure as the business grows.It’s a culture built on feedback, transparency, pace and collaboration. Organisational / values alignment really matters here — they value pragmatic, adaptable HR professionals who aren’t rigid about policy and who can support leaders with clarity and confidence. The RoleReporting to the People & Ops Partnering Manager, you’ll join a supportive and ambitious team comprising HR People Partners, an Advisor and a Coordinator. This role offers a clear scope for progression. You’ll partner with two several of the organisation’s six business units which could include teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Facilities, IT, Legal or Finance.


Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, including C‑Suite collaboration.
* Lead on organisational design and workforce planning as the company continues to scale.
* Navigate complex employee relations issues with confidence and sound judgement.
* Support and influence cultural development across fast‑moving teams.
* Drive people‑related change management projects.
* Bring insight and challenge to leadership teams through data, trends and workforce knowledge.
* Contribute to the evolution of processes, frameworks and ways of working across the People function.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven HR Business / People Partner experience in a scale‑up, tech, or biotech environment (or similarly fast‑paced sector).
* Experience of partnering with senior leaders and navigating ambiguity.
* Strong background in organisation design, change management and complex ER.
* Pragmatic, adaptable, commercially minded approach.
* Comfortable working at pace — not from a heavily process background.
* CIPD Level 5 (or above).
