Company Overview
KICK-START YOUR ENGINEERING CAREER WHERE INNOVATION MEETS IMPACT
At TT Electronics, we’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Design Engineering Graduate Programme – a brand-new two‑year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long‑term career in design engineering.
Role Overview And Responsibilities
Starting in September 2026, based at our design & manufacturing facilities in Eastleigh, Hampshire, this programme puts you at the heart of our world‑class engineering design capabilities. You’ll learn how our products are designed, built, and improved, and collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to design continuous improvement programmes and support customer bids.
Through a series of structured rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full design engineering lifecycle, supporting work from early requirements capture and planning through to verification and qualification testing. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, develop problem‑solving skills, and see how your work moves from concept to reality.
If you’re looking for responsibility, variety, and the chance to leave your mark early in your career, this is where it begins!
SUPPORTED THROUGHOUT YOUR CAREER
All graduate roles are site‑based. From day one, you’ll be assigned a dedicated site buddy and functional mentor.
Throughout the scheme, you’ll develop valuable skills and hands‑on experience, with exposure to Lean principles and problem‑solving techniques.
Alongside role‑specific training, you’ll receive professional membership and support obtaining relevant certifications, providing industry recognition, access to learning resources and publications, networking and event opportunities, and the ability to engage in volunteering that enhances both your experience and professional profile.
Depending on your chosen career path, we’ll fund and actively support your journey toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
