ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
This role sits within SITA's Master Systems Integration (MSI) Centre of Excellence, supporting airport projects globally at the earliest stages of design and pre-sales.
You will act as a senior MSI expert and reference point, helping shape solutions, pitch more effectively, and influence how airport technology ecosystems are designed. While regional teams have their own architects, this role brings experience, structure, and guidance across markets.
This is not a back-office technical role. Success in this position depends on strong client presence, confidence in front of senior stakeholders, and the ability to clearly explain complex MSI concepts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Support early-stage MSI architecture and pre-sales activities across airport projects.
* Act as a subject matter expert for MSI, guiding and coaching regional architects and teams.
* Shape and present integration concepts and architectural approaches to airport clients, constructors, and design partners.
* Support bids and proposals by providing credible, well-structured MSI input.
* Influence how airports think about technology integration during design and construction phases.
* Develop and share architectural frameworks, standards, and reference models across regions.
* Bring cross-regional insight and best practices into the MSI Centre of Excellence.

* Ability to clearly communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
