Local supply work is available throughout the academic year, offering a perfect balance while allowing you to make a significant impact on students' education across key stages 3 and 4. This also enables you to maintain a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various subjects and year groups.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school environments.
* Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create stimulating lessons as needed.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, supporting and encouraging all students.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic growth.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
* Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
