This role is based in Bala, North Wales, and involves night shifts from 6pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday. The successful candidate will have experience in food production within an FMCG setting, preferably in bakery.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily factory operations, including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, and quality standards.
* Drive operational improvements through data analysis.
* Ensure health and safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
* Manage production scheduling, product trials, launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
