The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join an accomplished brigade of chefs in one of the UK’s most unique country house hotels. Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs, you will help drive standards, support menu development, and lead by example across prep and service. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious chef with fine-dining experience looking to grow within a prestigious, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.
